Basic Care: Help with the tasks of daily living (bathing, dressing, and grooming) in a non-intrusive manner consistent with an individually determind care plan.
Aging In Place Care: As a resident's need for support increases over time, monthly functional assessments are used to change care plans and ensure continued appropriate care. This flexibility allows residents to remain with us longer, rather than moving to a more restrictive setting.
Rehabilitation Care: For recuperating patients who must leave a hospital or nursing home before they are ready to return to independent living.
Respite Care: Temporary short term stays without the requirement of official residency.
